We would like to inform you about our support system during the summer vacation period.
Please note that you can continue to operate the shop and purchase products as usual during the closure period.

During the above period, customer support such as replying to inquiries will be closed.
Applications will be accepted until 17:00 on Wednesday, August 9th.
Responses to inquiries made during the closure period will be received after August 16th (Wednesday).

Friday, August 11, 2023 - Tuesday, August 15, 2023
The distribution warehouse will also be closed during the above period.
Please note that it may take longer than usual to ship after the holidays due to the concentration of packages.
If you would like to have your order delivered before the closure, please place your order by 17:00 on Wednesday, August 9th.
*For some customers, orders placed by the 10th may be delivered during the closure period.
*For customers using payday (deferred payment), shipping will be processed after the holiday. If you are in a hurry, please consider another payment method.
