About Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or returns for your convenience after shipping.
If the item is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us in advance.
*If you return the item without contacting us, we will not be able to handle it.

We make every effort to inspect, package and deliver the item, but if the item is damaged or different from what you ordered (wrong product, wrong quantity), we will return or exchange it. (In this case, our shop will bear the shipping cost.)
