About Shipping
Shipping will be done using EMS (International Express Mail Service).
*Product delivery is limited to countries that support EMS (International Express Mail Service).
*Any forwarding of products to an address other than the one specified at the time of order will be at the customer's expense.
*Please note that customer designation of the shipping carrier is not possible.
Shipping Fees
Additional charges may apply for remote areas such as islands.

Delivery Timeframes
For items in stock, we aim to ship within 2 to 4 business days from the date of your order (excluding weekends, holidays, summer holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays).
*Please note: We do not operate on weekends, holidays, summer holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays, and as such, deliveries are paused during these times.
*We will notify you via email after the product has been shipped.
Please be aware that delays may occur due to the following reasons:
- Traffic conditions or adverse weather
- Extended holiday periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays
Changes to Shipping Date
Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept changes to the shipping date or specific delivery dates.
*If you wish to confirm your package status or make changes to shipping information, please check the package tracking number in the email and contact the shipping carrier directly.
