Regarding delivery
You can change the address before the package is shipped.
Please contact us here with your desired address.
However, even before your package is shipped, once a tracking number has been assigned to your package, you will not be able to make any corrections before shipping.
In that case, after receiving notification that the product has been shipped (shipment completion email), please contact Yamato Transport yourself and make any changes.
*If you arrive in the morning, we cannot guarantee that the item will arrive in the wrong place.
*If your item is urgent, please contact Yamato Transport.
*If transferring to another jurisdiction, an additional fee (cash on delivery) will be charged. Prices vary depending on distance, so please contact Yamato Transport.
If you wish to use the gift wrapping service, please purchase " Gift Wrapping Packing (Shopper Included) " at the same time. If you are purchasing gift wrapping and multiple items, please specify which item you would like wrapped in which box in the "Order Notes" in your cart.
*If it is not specified in the order memo, we will specify the product to be packed.
*Even if you have purchased the same number of boxes and products, if you have only purchased one gift wrapping item, we will set up and package only one box and one product.
*The BOX will be delivered in a transparent OPP bag, so if you do not purchase " Gift wrapping (with shopper) ", we will not wrap it.
*The OPP bag in the box has a sticker with the price written on it. Please note.
*For this reason, we recommend purchasing `` Gift Wrapping (with Shopper) '' when using as a gift.
Please check whether the item you are ordering is a pre-order item or a made-to-order item.
For pre-ordered/ordered items, the approximate delivery time is indicated on the product page, so please refer to that page.
After shipping, the product can be tracked using the tracking service of each delivery company. Please check the package number, which is written in the automatic email sent when the item is shipped. If you have not received your package within 2-5 days of shipping, or if you cannot find your package number, please contact us here .

Recently, there has been an increase in the number of cases in which packages are returned to us after the storage period has expired.
Please note that incorrect address information or omission of room number will be grounds for return.
About your order
We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer's convenience after the product order is confirmed. Please check before placing your order.
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the order details or payment method. Please be sure to check before confirming your order.
Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or Paidy.
*VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express are accepted as credit cards. (Only one-time payment accepted)

You can check your order history from My Page . Alternatively, please check your order completion email and shipping completion email.
Please note that we do not include a delivery note when shipping the product.

修理について
Liquemでご購入いただいた商品の修理をご希望の際は、CONTACTよりお問い合わせください。
商品のご返送方法や、対応期間等詳細をご案内いたします。
ただし下記の内容につきまして、あらかじめご了承をお願いいたします。
・弊社にて商品を確認後、修理に関する状況をご連絡いたします。
・有償での修理となります。
・商品をお預かりして修理が完了するまで、それぞれ期間が異なります。
長期お預かりする場合含め、必ずお客様にご確認させていただきます。
・修理の可否問わず往復の送料はお客様負担とさせていただきます。
アクセサリーのお修理について
到着後7日以内の場合・・CONTACTよりご連絡後、送料着払いで弊社までご返送ください。お修理が完了次第、弊社負担にて発送いたします。
到着後8日以降の場合・・CONTACTよりご連絡後、弊社までご返送ください。この場合、往復の送料のご負担をいただきますことをご了承ください。修理代は無償にてお受けいたします。お戻しの際はヤマト運輸の「宅急便コンパクト」の着払いで発送いたします。
*イヤリング金具の修理はショップでも無償で承っております。お気軽にスタッフにお申し出ください。
配送中にご指定の修理箇所以外に破損している場合がございます。ご返送時は必ず緩衝材で包み箱に入れてお送りください。
例)ピアスポストが曲がってしまっている/折れてしまっている
パーツが伺っていた以上に取れている
封筒が破けてパーツが紛失している
海外修理の場合 修理期間に約1~1.5ヶ月ほどお日にちを頂戴しております。
お修理品ご返送時に生じた破損等のお荷物事故はお客様と運送会社との解決をお願いしております。
パーツが取れた場合は、パーツをお持ちの場合は必ず同封お願いいたします。パーツを紛失されている場合はパーツ代をご請求させていただきます。
お修理代が発生する場合は、弊社に商品をご返送いただくタイミングでお振込をお願いします。
往復の送料をご負担いただきますことをご了承ください。
・発売から1年以上が経っている商品
・メッキの掛け直し
・お客様にてお修理をされた場合

修理が可能な商品の場合は、送料ごお客様負担(元払い)となります。
修理完了品を海外へ発送することは出来かねますので、
ご購入の際にお送りした国内住所への配送もしくは国内のご家族様・ご友人様のご住所宛のでしたらお承り可能です。

Paidy is a cardless payment service provided by Paidy Co., Ltd.
You can shop with just your email address and phone number, without pre-registration.
Purchases made on Paidy for one month will be paid in the following month.
On the 1st of the following month, you can check the billing information from Paidy on myPaidy (the account created when you use Paidy for the first time).
Please pay by convenience store, bank transfer, or account transfer according to the payment method described in the billing information.
The fee is 356 yen (tax included) if you pay at a convenience store.

Instructions for use
1. Select "Paidy" as the payment method and you will be redirected to the Paidy payment screen.
2. Enter your email address and mobile phone number.
3. Paidy will send a 4-digit code to your mobile phone and verify your identity via SMS.
4.Payment procedure completed
●The usage amount will be billed in one lump sum the following month.
You can check your bill on myPaidy on the 1st of the following month.
We will also send you billing information via email and SMS (short message) between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
Please follow the instructions and pay by convenience store, bank transfer, or Pay-easy by the 10th.
In the case of direct debit, the amount will be deducted on the 12th of every month.
