Returns and Exchanges

While we take every precaution in inspection, packaging, and shipping, if, by any chance, the product arrives damaged or differs from your ordered items (incorrect product, incorrect quantity), please contact us through the inquiry form or the chat in the bottom right corner.
Kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
For defective items or products different from your order, we regret to inform you that we will not accept the following cases:

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrival.
  • Products that you have used once.
  • Products damaged or soiled by you.
