We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer's convenience after the product order is confirmed.

Requests such as "I don't know if I can buy it again, so I bought it twice", "wrong earrings and earrings", "wrong number", "wrong size, didn't fit", "image was different" etc. I cannot accept it. Before confirming your order, please confirm your purchase once again.

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

There have been cases where the customer did not receive the product even though it was delivered, or the customer returned the product even though they had already received it.

In that case, due to cancellation due to customer's convenience

①Return of defective products

In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days including the date of arrival.

② Please be sure to keep a copy of the delivery slip until all processing is completed.

In order to prevent trouble, please refrain from using a return method that does not leave a copy of the delivery slip, such as ordinary mail. We are not responsible for items lost during delivery.

③ In the case of "the product is defective or damaged" or "a product different from the ordered product has been delivered", we will bear the shipping fee at the time of return, so please return the product by cash on delivery.

(4) You do not necessarily need to use the cardboard box at the time of delivery.

Earrings use clip-type metal fittings that are hard to hurt.

Please pinch the earlobe tightly when wearing. (The strength of this pinch has nothing to do with the pain after wearing the spring type)

Please note that wearing it loosely may cause it to fall.

Depending on the frequency of use, the earring metal fittings may become loose, but by not opening the metal fittings more than 90 degrees, the looseness will be less likely to occur.

We recommend that you do not fully open the clip when putting on and taking off.

Accidentally stepped on it, put it in a bag or pouch and put some kind of pressure on it, etc.

Please be careful as the earring fittings may become loose, bent or broken due to distortion of the earring fittings.

Liquem uses materials such as "titanium" and "surgical" that are less likely to cause allergies, but please refrain from using it immediately if it matches your skin.

Also, if the post is dropped, accidentally stepped on, or put in a bag or pouch and subjected to some kind of pressure, the post may bend or break, so please be careful.

Liquem sells rings of various sizes and specifications, but each has its own characteristics.

・One-size-fits-all ring

Please note that repeated adjustment will lead to distortion of the metal, cracking of the plating, and damage. When adjusting, hold the ring part and adjust.

If force is applied to the parts, they will be damaged.

・Rings that are not one-size-fits-all

For items not listed as "free ring", we use metal that does not have a spring property, so if you try to bend it forcibly, it will be damaged.

Please note that there are some gaps like free rings due to the design.

Rings with the same size may feel different depending on the width and thickness of the ring.

It is not waterproof, so please be careful not to touch the water.

If you have small children or pets in your home, please be careful of accidental ingestion. Please note that we will not be held responsible in the event of an accident.

Please note that each stone made of resin is individually poured into a mold by hand, so there may be individual differences. (Not symmetrical)

In addition, we create various original colored stones by dyeing, but please understand that color variations may occur for each production lot due to subtle differences in climate, humidity, and formulation at the time of creation.

Please note that dyed stones may be deformed or faded by strong UV rays or heat.

Please note that if water or other moisture adheres to the stone, it may cause the stone to come off, discoloration, or the foil to crack.

At Liquem, we use glass produced in China and glass from Swarovski to match the image of the design, and select colors and shapes from each.

Stones made in China will have individual differences in thickness, uneven cut surface, and color for each production lot. (Not symmetrical)

Swarovski stones may change cuts and colors due to changes in Swarovski's plans.

Processing that looks like an aurora or soap bubble applied to glass, resin, etc.

A thin film is applied to the surface.

Friction, sweat, and alcohol contained in cosmetics can cause the film to peel off or become thin.

Please handle with care as this is a delicate product.

Please note that each product that contains glitter is hand-made in a mold, so there may be individual differences in the amount of glitter and bias. (Not symmetrical)

Also, please understand that there may be fluctuations for each production lot due to subtle differences in climate, humidity, and formulation at the time of creation.

Liquem products are plated with "silver color" or "gold color" on metals such as alloys and brass.

It is not 18-karat gold, 10-karat gold, or SILVER925.

Never clean with a cloth that contains abrasives such as silver polish.

Plated products are very vulnerable to water, sweat, and alcohol contained in cosmetics, so please do not use them when washing your hands or moving your body vigorously.

In addition, the plating will gradually fade and fade due to wear, heat, and ultraviolet rays, but the speed of fading is not uniform and varies depending on the conditions.

If you have a metal allergy and our plated products do not suit your skin, please refrain from using it immediately.
