We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer's convenience after the product order is confirmed.

Requests such as "I don't know if I can buy it again, so I bought it twice", "wrong earrings and earrings", "wrong number", "wrong size, didn't fit", "image was different" etc. I cannot accept it. Before confirming your order, please confirm your purchase once again.

Precautions when exchanging products

①Return of defective products

In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days including the date of arrival.

(*Please note that if you return the product without contacting us, it will be treated as a return due to the customer's convenience, and you may be required to pay the round-trip shipping fee.)

② Please be sure to keep a copy of the delivery slip until all processing is completed.

In order to prevent trouble, please refrain from using a return method that does not leave a copy of the delivery slip, such as ordinary mail. We are not responsible for items lost during delivery.

③ In the case of "the product is defective or damaged" or "a product different from the ordered product has been delivered", we will bear the shipping fee at the time of return, so please return the product by cash on delivery.

(4) You do not necessarily need to use the cardboard box at the time of delivery.

Please pack according to the size of the product so that the product will not be damaged.
