▼Customer support/Closed period

April 27th (Sat) - May 6th (Mon)

During the above period, customer support such as replying to inquiries will be closed.
Applications will be accepted until 17:00 on Friday, April 26th.
Responses to inquiries made during the closure period will be received after May 7th (Tuesday).

▼Delivery/Closed period

April 27th (Sat) - 29th (Mon),
May 3rd (Wednesday) - May 6th (Monday)

The distribution warehouse will also be closed during the above period.
Please note that it may take longer than usual to ship after the holidays due to the concentration of packages.
If you would like your order to be delivered before the holidays, please place your order by April 25th.
*For some customers, orders placed by the 26th may be delivered during the closure period.
