【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are distributed via lottery. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots per person.
・Pass tickets allow shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket itself will also be sent in the same email. Please present this notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided into one of three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be informed via the pass ticket notification email.
・Excluding the first slot, entry into the same time slot will be guided according to the number stated in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※Entry order for the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number stated in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, we may refuse your entry.
※Please be sure to bring a form of identification that matches the name you registered during the lottery application.
※Please note that if any fraudulent activity during the application is discovered when you visit on the pass ticket eligible day, or if store staff deems it inappropriate for any other reason, we may refuse your entry. Thank you for your understanding.

【For those who have applied for a numbered ticket】
・We will confirm the notification email on your smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket will not be permitted on the day.



【Notes on Application】
・Cancellations after completing your application will not be accepted. Please be sure to confirm your schedule before applying.


【For customers without advance numbered tickets】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00 PM. You may start queuing from 11:50 AM, but in the event of congestion, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・The pass ticket is valid for one use by one registered user who has won.
・Entry into the same time slot, excluding the first slot, will be guided according to the number stated on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first slot, entry will be guided in order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets allow for a 20-minute shopping period per session. Please complete your shopping within this time.
・When the time limit is reached, our staff will inform you.
・When using with companions, excluding the special cases below, only those with pass tickets for the same time slot will be permitted.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or without a pass ticket is not permitted.
・You may be guided in earlier depending on how quickly the previous group exits.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, only one parent may accompany those under high school age. Friends are not included in this exception.



【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time stated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your browsing time will be shorter, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us smoothly guide the next numbered ticket holders and those entering during free entry time.
Please bring your smartphone as we will verify your pass ticket authentication upon entry.

※Re-entry into the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.

・New items are limited to 2 per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent issues. We also do not answer individual inquiries, so please understand in advance.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product stock. Items may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution period depending on the situation and product.
・Resale activities on auction sites and similar platforms are strictly prohibited.
・In the event that the shop or facility closes due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or epidemic outbreaks, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. In such cases, we cannot compensate for any expenses related to your visit for any reason.
