[About Liquem's pass tickets (numbered tickets)]
・Pass tickets will be obtained by lottery. Application does not guarantee that you will receive a pass ticket.
・Each person may apply for as many PassTicket slots as they like.
・Pass tickets can only be purchased during a certain time period. Please come with plenty of time.
・The Pass Ticket does not guarantee that the products being sold will be in stock.
・The notification of the winning time slot for the pass ticket will not be distributed to the app, but
The notification will be sent by email. The pass ticket will also be sent by the same email. Please present the notification email on the day.
・You will be guided to one of three time slots every 20 minutes. The time slot you can enter will be notified to you by pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first slot, customers during the same time slot will be guided in the order of the numbers listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at the store at the opening time, you will be guided in the order of arrival.
*The order of admission within the time slot on the day will be notified by pass ticket notification email (the numbers listed in the email will be the order of admission).
・If you are unable to present the pass ticket notification email when entering the store, you will be denied entry.

[About the pass ticket contents]
・The pass ticket is valid only once per registered user who has been selected.
・Except for the first slot, customers will be guided in the order of the numbers on their pass tickets during the same time slot. If you are not at the store at the time you want to enter, we will guide you in the order of arrival. Please note that for the first slot, customers will be guided in the order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are limited to 20 minutes per session. Please complete your shopping within the time limit.
・When the time limit is reached, a staff member will call out to you.
・Except for the special cases listed below, if you come with a companion, they must have a pass ticket for the same time period. ・You cannot enter the store at the same time as someone who has a pass ticket for a different time period or who does not have a pass ticket.

Please complete your shopping within the time period stated on your ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be shortened, so please come with plenty of time.
When you enter the store, we will need to verify your pass, so please bring your smartphone and an ID that can verify your name.
For the first slot, we will guide you in the order of arrival, but for those of you who will be guided to the second slot and after, please speak to a Liquem staff member as we will check your ID and pass ticket first after you arrive. After checking, you will be given a number tag.
As there is no space for a waiting line, please wait inside the plaza until your entry time.
We appreciate your cooperation so that we can smoothly guide those with numbered tickets and those arriving at the free start time.
