[About Liquem's pass tickets (numbered tickets)]
・Pass tickets will be obtained by lottery. Application does not guarantee receipt.
・Each person can apply for as many pass tickets as they like.
・Pass tickets can only be purchased within a certain time slot. Please arrive early.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee that the products being sold will be in stock.
・The notification of the winning time slot for the pass ticket will not be distributed to the app,
The notification will be sent by email. The pass ticket will also be sent by the same email. Please present the notification email on the day.
・You will be guided into one of three 20-minute time slots. The time slot you can enter will be notified to you via the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first slot, customers within the same time slot will be guided in the order of their arrival, as indicated in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at the store at the designated time, you will be guided in the order of arrival.
*The order of admission within the time slot on the day will be notified by pass ticket notification email (the numbers listed in the email will be the order of admission).
・If you are unable to present the pass ticket notification email when entering the store, you will be denied entry.
*Please be sure to bring the ID card with the name you registered when you applied for the lottery. If you forget or apply under a different name than the ID card, you will be refused entry.
*Please note that if store staff deems you inappropriate, such as if fraudulent application is discovered when you visit the store on the date of the pass ticket, you may be refused entry.

[About the contents of the pass ticket]
・The pass ticket is valid only once per registered user who has been selected.
・Except for the first-time slot, customers will be admitted in the order of the numbers on their pass tickets during the same time slot. Please note that if you are not at the store at the time of admission, you will be admitted in the order of arrival. For the first-time slot, you will be admitted in the order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are limited to 20 minutes per session. Please complete your shopping within the time limit.
・When the time limit is up, a staff member will call out to you.
・Except for the special cases listed below, if you come with a companion, you may only use a pass ticket for the same time slot. ・You cannot enter the store at the same time as someone who has a pass ticket for a different time slot or who does not have a pass ticket.
・We may let you in earlier depending on how quickly the previous group of customers has left the store.
[Special exceptions for accompanying persons]
If you have small children with you, you can bring them into the store.
As an exception, only high school students and younger may be accompanied by one parent. This does not include friends.
[Steps to enter the store on the day]
Please complete your shopping within the time stated on your ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be shorter, so please come with plenty of time.
When you enter the store, we will need to verify your pass ticket, so please bring your smartphone and an ID that can verify your name.
For the first slot, we will guide you in the order of arrival, but for those of you in the second slot and beyond, please speak to a Liquem staff member as we will first check your ID and pass ticket upon arrival. After checking, you will be given a number tag.
As there is no space for a waiting line, we ask that you wait inside the plaza until your entry time.
We appreciate your cooperation so that we can smoothly guide those with numbered tickets and those attending at the start of the free admission time.

*The pass is valid only on the date and entry time printed on the pass.

・If a shop or facility is closed due to unavoidable circumstances such as a natural disaster or the spread of an epidemic, advance tickets will be invalid. In such cases, we will not compensate for any costs associated with visiting the store, regardless of the reason.

[How to use rewards]
Customers who wish to use the 3,000-point reward benefit "Right to Acquire One Pass Ticket Slot" should apply via chat during the lottery application period (10:00 on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 to 15:00 on Thursday, November 13, 2025).
If the maximum number of participants is reached, registration may close on a first-come, first-served basis.
