We have recently discovered that some items in Liquem's lucky bags have been delivered that are different from the items ordered.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and anxiety caused to our customers, who chose Liquem for their New Year's entertainment.

We would like to report the results of our investigation into this matter and our future response as follows:

■ Eligible deliveries

Lucky bags shipped from Friday, December 26, 2025 are eligible.

■Products that may have different contents

As a result of our investigation, we have found that there have been mix-ups in the colors and incorrect set contents for the following products.

  1. Limited Pink Bloom Lucky Bag (Earrings)

  2. Limited Edition Blue Bloom Lucky Bag (Earrings)
    *Some customers who purchased the above two items individually have been experiencing product mix-ups.

  3. Limited Edition Blue Bloom Lucky Bag (Earrings)
    *There is a possibility that earrings and pierced earrings may be mixed.

■ Cause of occurrence

We have determined that the problem was due to a mistake in the waybill (mix-up) attached during shipping at the shipping warehouse and insufficient checks during packing (assembly). There were no problems with the product registration on the website or the shipping instruction data sent to the warehouse.

■ Future response

1. Suspension of sales
In order to thoroughly resolve the situation and prevent a recurrence, we have currently suspended sales of the "Limited Pink Bloom Lucky Bag/Limited Blue Bloom Lucky Bag" through all channels.

2. Contacting affected customers individually
Starting today, we will be sending individual emails to customers who may be affected, with instructions on how to exchange for the correct product, via their registered email address.

■Replacement product shipping and return procedures

We are currently preparing to reship the correct products. Starting today, we will be sending individual emails to affected customers to apologize for this matter and to inform them of exchange procedures.

■ Request to customers

We sincerely ask that you please keep the product you received in its unused state until you receive our email notification.
