[About Liquem's pass tickets (numbered tickets)]
・Pass tickets will be obtained by lottery. Application does not guarantee receipt.
・Each person can apply for as many pass tickets as they like.
・Pass tickets can only be purchased within a certain time slot. Please arrive early.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee that the products being sold will be in stock.
*Cherry fruit is available in limited quantities. Therefore, some colors may no longer be available for selection. Although the pattern colors (silver/gold) are available in equal amounts, depending on the order situation, one color may sell out first.・The notification of the winning time slot for the pass ticket will not be distributed to the app, The notification will be sent by email. The pass ticket will also be sent by the same email. Please present the notification email on the day.
・You will be guided to a time slot every 30 minutes. The time slot you can enter will be notified to you via email on your pass ticket.
・Except for the first slot, customers within the same time slot will be guided in the order of their arrival, as listed in the pass ticket notification email. [About the contents of the pass ticket]
・The pass ticket is valid only once per registered user who has been selected.
・Except for the first-time slot, customers will be admitted in the order of the numbers on their pass tickets during the same time slot. Please note that if you are not at the store at the time of admission, you will be admitted in the order of arrival. For the first-time slot, you will be admitted in the order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are limited to 30 minutes per session. To ensure smooth guidance and production, please complete customization within the allotted time.
・When the time limit is up, a staff member will call out to you.
・Except for the special cases listed below, if you come with a companion, you may only use a pass ticket for the same time slot. ・You cannot enter the store at the same time as someone who has a pass ticket for a different time slot or who does not have a pass ticket.
・We may let you in earlier depending on how quickly the previous group of customers has left the store.
[Special exceptions for accompanying persons]
If you have small children with you, you can bring them into the store.
As an exception, only high school students and younger may be accompanied by one parent. This does not include friends.
