・We do not accept cancellations after your application has been completed. Please be sure to check the schedule before applying.
[About the contents of the pass ticket]
・The pass ticket is valid only once per registered user who has been selected.
・Except for the first-time slot, customers will be admitted in the order of the numbers on their pass tickets during the same time slot. Please note that if you are not at the store at the time of admission, you will be admitted in the order of arrival. For the first-time slot, you will be admitted in the order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are limited to 30 minutes per session.
・When the time limit is up, a staff member will call out to you.
・You cannot enter the store at the same time as someone who has a pass ticket for a different time period or who does not have a pass ticket.
・We may let you in earlier depending on how quickly the previous group of customers has left the store.

Please complete your shopping within the time period indicated on your ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be shorter, so please come with plenty of time.
We appreciate your cooperation so that we can guide you smoothly at the next ticket opening time.
Please bring your own smartphone as we will need to verify your pass ticket when you enter the store.
