[About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)]
・Pass tickets will be issued via a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets allow shopping within the designated time slot. Please arrive with ample time.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notifications for your winning pass ticket time slot will not be distributed via the app,
but will be sent by email. The pass ticket itself will also be distributed in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided into one of three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry to the same time slot will be in the order of the numbers listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival.
※Entry order within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, you will be denied entry.
※Please bring an ID that matches the name you registered with during the lottery application.
※If any fraudulent activity is discovered during the application process when you visit on the pass ticket applicable day, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, you may be denied entry. We appreciate your understanding.

※Please be sure to bring identification with your name on it for entry. If you forget it, or if your application name differs from your identification, you will be denied entry.

[Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants]
・Applicants will have their notification email confirmed on their own smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket on the day will not be allowed.
[Notes on Application]
・Cancellations after application completion will not be accepted. Please be sure to check your schedule before applying.
[To Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets]
・Free entry begins at 12:00 PM. You can start lining up from 11:50 AM, but in case of congestion, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.
[About Pass Ticket Contents]
・A pass ticket is valid for one use only by the registered winner.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be in the order of the numbers listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival. For the first time slot, entry will be in order of arrival.
・Each numbered ticket session is 20 minutes. Please complete your shopping within this time.
・Staff will notify you when the time limit is reached.
・If you wish to use the ticket with companions, it is only permitted if they have pass tickets for the same time slot, except for the special cases below.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or with those who do not have a pass ticket is not permitted.
・You may be guided in earlier depending on the exit status of the previous group of customers.
[Exceptions for Companions]
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, one parent may accompany customers who are high school age or younger. This exception does not include friends.
[Flow of Entry on the Day]
Please complete your shopping within the time specified on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your browsing time will be shorter, so please arrive with ample time.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth transition for the next numbered ticket holders and for the start of free entry.
Please bring your smartphone for authentication of your pass ticket upon entry.
※Please note that entry with a printed numbered ticket is not permitted.
※If you exceed the time specified on your pass ticket, you will not be allowed to enter. Please be aware of this in advance.
※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time specified on it.
※Entry time cannot be changed due to customer's convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, your numbered ticket cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry during the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.
[Other]
・The "Pearl Ray Necklace" will only be sold online and is not scheduled to be released at the Laforet Harajuku store.
・New products are limited to 2 items per person. Please ask a store staff member for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and will not be disclosed to prevent issues. Please understand that we cannot answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product availability. Some products may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution period, depending on the situation and product.
・For the time being, we will be withdrawing fitting samples for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
・Resale activities on auction sites and similar platforms are strictly prohibited.
・In the event that the shop or facility closes due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of epidemics, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. We cannot compensate for any related travel expenses in such cases, for any reason.
