【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are acquired by lottery. Application does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for as many pass ticket slots as you wish.
・Pass tickets are for shopping within the specified time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of products for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket itself will also be distributed via the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided in one of the three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be informed in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided in the order of the number written in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival.
※The order of entry within the time slot on the day will be informed via the pass ticket notification email (the number written in the email will be the entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, you will be refused entry.
※Please be sure to bring a form of identification with the name you registered with when applying for the lottery. If you forget it, or if you applied with a name different from your identification, you will be refused entry.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・A pass ticket is valid for one use only by the registered user who won it.
・Entry within the same time slot, except for the first slot, will be guided in the order of the number written on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at your entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival. For the first slot, guidance will be in order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions each. Please complete your shopping within the time.
・Staff will notify you when the time limit is reached.
・When visiting with companions, except for the special cases below, it is only allowed if they have pass tickets for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or without a pass ticket is not allowed.
・You may be guided earlier depending on when the previous group of customers leaves.
【Exceptions for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, only one parent may accompany those under high school age. Friends are not included in this exception.
【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time stated on the numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be shortened, so please allow ample time for your visit.
Upon entry, we will verify your pass ticket, so please bring your smartphone and identification that confirms your name.
For the first slot, guidance will be in order of arrival, but for those guided from the second slot onward, please speak to a Liquem staff member upon arrival to verify your identification and pass ticket first. After verification, you will be given a numbered ticket.
Since there is no waiting area, please wait inside Plaza until your entry time.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth guidance for the next numbered ticket holders and at the start of free entry.
※Please note that entry with a printed numbered ticket is not possible.
※If the time stated on the pass ticket has passed, you will not be able to enter. Please be aware of this in advance.
※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time stated on it.
※Entry time cannot be changed due to customer's convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, the numbered ticket cannot be reissued.

■ Notice regarding re-stockWe are considering re-stocking popular products at a later date. When a re-stock is decided, we plan to sell them not only in stores but also on our online site. We will announce the details as soon as they are finalized.

・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product stock. Even during the numbered ticket distribution period, some products may sell out depending on the situation and product.
