【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Obtaining a pass ticket is by lottery. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for a pass ticket.
・Pass tickets allow shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket itself will also be distributed via the same email. Please present this notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided in one of three 20-minute time slots. The specific time slot for your entry will be informed via the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided according to the number listed in the pass ticket notification email. If you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided on a first-come, first-served basis upon your arrival. Please be aware of this.
※The order of entry within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
※Please be sure to bring identification (ID) with your name as registered at the time of lottery application.
※If any fraudulent activity in the application is discovered when you visit on the pass ticket valid date, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, we may refuse entry. Please understand.

【For those who have applied for a numbered ticket】
・For those who have applied, we will confirm the notification email on your smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket on the day will not be allowed.



【Notes on Application】
・Cancellations after completing your application will not be accepted. Please check your schedule carefully before applying.


【For customers without a pre-numbered ticket】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00 PM. You can start queuing from 11:50 AM, but if it becomes crowded, we will distribute numbered tickets on the day.

【About the Contents of the Pass Ticket】
・The pass ticket is valid for one time only for the single registered user who won.
・Entry within the same time slot, except for the first slot, will be guided according to the number listed on the pass ticket. If you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided on a first-come, first-served basis. For the first slot, guidance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within that time.
・When the time limit is reached, a staff member will call out.
・When using with companions, excluding the special cases below, it is only permitted if they have a pass ticket for the same time.
・Simultaneous entry with a pass ticket for a different time slot or without a pass ticket is not permitted.
・Depending on the departure of customers from the previous group, we may guide you earlier.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children can enter with their children.
As a special case, only one parent may accompany those under high school age. Accompaniment by friends is not included in this special case.



【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please shop within the time indicated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be shortened, so please allow ample time for your visit.

Please bring your smartphone as we will perform pass ticket authentication upon entry.

※Re-entry during the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not possible.

・New products are limited to 2 items per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent trouble. Please note that we do not answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product availability. Some items may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution hours, depending on the situation and products.
・For the time being, for hygiene reasons, we will withdraw fitting samples. Please understand.
・Resale activities on auction sites, etc., are strictly prohibited.
・In the event that the shop or facility closes due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of infectious diseases, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. In such cases, we will not compensate for any expenses related to your visit for any reason.
