【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are issued via a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of pass ticket slots.
・Pass tickets allow you to shop within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of products for sale.
・Notifications of winning pass ticket time slots will not be distributed via the app,
but will be sent via email. The pass ticket itself will also be distributed in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided to one of the three 20-minute time slots. The specific time slot for your entry will be informed via the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided according to the number stated in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※Entry order for time slots on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number stated in the email will be the entry order).

【Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will be asked to confirm the notification email on their smartphone.

【For customers without a pre-reserved numbered ticket】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00. You can start queuing from 11:50, but if it becomes crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.
【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・A pass ticket is valid for one use per registered user who won.
・Entry within the same time slot, excluding the first slot, will be guided according to the number stated on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first slot, entry will be in order of arrival.
・Each numbered ticket session is 20 minutes. Please complete your shopping within this time.
・Staff will notify you when the time limit is reached.
・If you wish to use the ticket with companions, this is only permitted if they have pass tickets for the same time slot, except for the special cases below.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or without a pass ticket is not permitted.
・You may be guided earlier depending on the departure of the previous group of customers.
【Exceptions for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As an exception, up to one parent may accompany a minor (high school age or younger). Friends are not included in this exception.
【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time stated on your numbered ticket.
