【Regarding Liquem's Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets will be issued by lottery. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets are for shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will not be distributed via the app,
but rather by email. The pass ticket itself will also be distributed in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided into one of the three 20-minute time slots. The specific entry time will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided according to the number listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※Entry order within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, we will refuse your entry.
※Please be sure to bring identification that matches the name you registered during the lottery application.
※If any fraudulent activity is discovered during the application process when you visit on the designated pass ticket day, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, we may refuse your entry. Thank you for your understanding.

【Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will be asked to confirm the notification email on their own smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket on the day will not be permitted.



【Notes on Application】
・Cancellations after completing the application will not be accepted. Please be sure to check your schedule before applying.


【For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets】
・Free entry will be available from 12:00 PM. You may start lining up from 11:50 AM, but if it gets crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【Regarding Pass Ticket Contents】
・The pass ticket is valid for one use only by the registered user who won.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided according to the number listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first time slot, guidance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Numbered tickets allow for a 20-minute shopping session. Please complete your shopping within the allotted time.
・Staff will notify you when your time limit is up.
・If you are accompanied by others, with the exception of the special cases below, you will only be able to enter together if you all have pass tickets for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or with individuals without pass tickets is not permitted.
・You may be guided in earlier depending on when the customers from the previous group leave.



【Exceptions for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, only one parent may accompany individuals who are high school age or younger. This exception does not include friends.



【Flow of Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time specified on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your browsing time will be shortened, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us smoothly guide the next group of numbered ticket holders and those entering during free entry.
Please bring your smartphone as we will verify your pass ticket upon entry.

※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time indicated.
※Entry time cannot be changed due to customer convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, your numbered ticket cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry during the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.



【Others】

・New products are limited to 2 items per person. Please ask the store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent trouble. Please note that we cannot answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product stock. Some products may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution period, depending on the situation and product.
・Resale activities on auction sites and similar platforms are strictly prohibited.
・If the shop or facility closes due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or epidemics, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. In such cases, we cannot compensate for any expenses related to your visit for any reason.
