【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are acquired through a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets allow you to shop within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notifications of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket will also be distributed via the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided into one of three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry into the same time slot will be guided according to the number listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival.
*The entry order within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be the entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email at the time of entry, we will refuse entry.
*Please be sure to bring a form of identification with the name you registered when applying for the lottery.
*If any fraudulent activity in your application is discovered when you visit on the pass ticket applicable day, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, we may refuse your entry. Please be aware of this.

【Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will be asked to confirm the notification email on their own smartphone.
・Please note that printed pass tickets will not be accepted for entry on the day.

・Cancellations after completing your application are not accepted. Please be sure to check your schedule before applying.
【For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00. You can start queuing from 11:50, but if it gets crowded, we will distribute numbered tickets on the day.
【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・Pass tickets are valid for one time use by the registered user who won.
・Entry within the same time slot, excluding the first slot, will be guided in the order of the numbers listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival. For the first time slot, entry will be guided in order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within that time.
・Staff will notify you when the time limit is reached.
・When visiting with companions, except for the special cases below, you will only be allowed to enter if you have pass tickets for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or without a pass ticket is not permitted.
・You may be guided earlier depending on when the previous group of customers exits.
【Exceptions for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
Additionally, as an exception, for those 18 years old or younger, one parent may accompany them. This exception does not apply to friends.
【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time listed on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be shorter, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth guidance for the next numbered ticket holders and the start of free entry.
When entering, we will verify your pass ticket, so please bring your smartphone.
*Please note that entry with printed numbered tickets is not permitted.
*If the time listed on the pass ticket has passed, you will not be able to enter. Please be aware of this in advance.
*Valid only for the date and entry time listed on the pass ticket.
*Entry time cannot be changed due to customer's convenience.
*Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
*If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, the numbered ticket cannot be reissued.
*Re-entry to the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.
【Other】
・There is a limit of 2 new items per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is not disclosed to prevent trouble due to its highly fluid nature. Please note that we do not answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee the availability of products. Some products may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution period, depending on the situation and product.
・Resale activities on auction sites are strictly prohibited.
・Numbered tickets will be invalidated if the shop or facility is closed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of infectious diseases. In such cases, we cannot compensate for any travel expenses for any reason.
