【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are distributed by lottery. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for as many time slots as you wish for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets allow you to shop within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notifications of winning pass ticket time slots will not be distributed via the app,
but will be sent by email. The pass ticket itself will also be sent in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided in one of the three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be informed via the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided in the order of the numbers stated in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※Please note that the order of entry within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number stated in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email at the time of entry, we will refuse entry.
※Please be sure to bring identification with the name you registered when applying for the lottery.

【Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will have their notification email confirmed on their smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket on the day is not permitted.

【For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00 PM. You can start queuing from 11:50 AM, but if it becomes crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・Pass tickets are valid for one time only for the registered user who won.
・Entry within the same time slot, excluding the first slot, will be guided in the order of the numbers written on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first slot, guidance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Each numbered ticket session is 20 minutes. Please complete your shopping within this time.
・Staff will call out when the time limit is reached.
・When using with a companion, excluding the special cases below, it will only be allowed if they have a pass ticket for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with a pass ticket for a different time slot or without a pass ticket is not permitted.
・Depending on how quickly the previous group of customers leaves, you may be guided in earlier.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, for those under high school age, one parent may accompany them. Friends are not included in this exception.



【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time specified on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive just before your slot, your viewing time will be shortened, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth guidance for the next numbered ticket holders and at the start of free entry.
Please bring your smartphone as we will verify your pass ticket authentication upon entry.

※Entry times cannot be changed due to customer convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, numbered tickets cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry within the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.

・New products are limited to 2 items per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent issues. Please note that we cannot answer individual inquiries about it.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee the availability of products. Some products may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution period depending on the situation and product.
・Resale activities on auction sites are strictly prohibited.
・In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or outbreaks of infectious diseases causing the shop or facility to close, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. Please note that we will not compensate for any travel expenses related to your visit in such cases, for any reason.
