【About Liquem's Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are acquired via a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets allow shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket itself will also be distributed via the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided to one of the three 20-minute time slots. The specific time slot for your entry will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first slot, entry within the same time slot will be in the order of the numbers listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※The entry order within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, you will be denied admission.
※Please be sure to bring identification that matches the name you registered when applying for the lottery.
※If any fraudulent activity in your application is discovered when you visit on the pass ticket designated day, or if store staff deems it inappropriate for any other reason, you may be denied entry. We appreciate your understanding.

※Applying for a pass ticket does not guarantee the purchase of items for sale. Please be aware that items may sell out.
※Please be sure to bring identification that can confirm your name upon entry. If you forget it or if your application name differs from your ID, you will be denied entry.

【Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will have their notification email checked on their smartphone.
・Please note that printed pass tickets will not be accepted for entry on the day.



【Precautions for Application】
・Cancellations after application completion are not accepted. Please confirm your schedule before applying.


【For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00 PM. You can start lining up from 11:50 AM, but if it becomes crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・Pass tickets are valid for one time only for the winning registered user.
・Entry within the same time slot, excluding the first slot, will be in the order of the numbers listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first slot, entry will be in the order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within that time.
・When the time limit is reached, a staff member will notify you.
・If you are accompanied by someone, you may only use the pass tickets together if they are for the same time slot, with the exception of the special cases below.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or without a pass ticket is not permitted.
・Depending on the exit status of the previous group of customers, you may be guided in earlier.



【Special Exceptions for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, only one parent may accompany a person 18 years old or younger. This exception does not include friends.



【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time specified on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive just before the end of your time slot, your viewing time will be shorter, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We appreciate your cooperation to ensure smooth guidance for the next numbered ticket holders and free entry time.
Please bring your smartphone as your pass ticket will be authenticated upon entry.

※Please note that printed numbered tickets cannot be used for entry.
※If the time specified on your pass ticket has passed, you will not be able to enter. Please be aware of this in advance.
※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time specified on it.
※Entry times cannot be changed due to customer convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, numbered tickets cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry within the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.

・New items are limited to 2 per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly disclosed to prevent issues. We also do not answer individual inquiries, so please understand.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product availability. Even during the numbered ticket distribution period, some items may sell out depending on the situation and product.
・Resale activities on auction sites are strictly prohibited.
・Numbered tickets will be invalidated if the shop or facility closes due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of infectious diseases. In such cases, we cannot compensate for any expenses related to your visit for any reason.
