・Acquiring a pass ticket is by lottery. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets are for shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
*The number of cherry fruits available is limited. Therefore, some colors may become unavailable partway through the event.In addition, the colors of the metal fittings (silver / gold / pink gold) are also limited in quantity and may run out depending on the order status.・Notifications for winning pass ticket time slots will not be distributed via the app, but will be sent via email. The pass ticket itself will also be distributed in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of the event.
・You will be guided within one of the 30-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Excluding the first time slot, entry for the same time slot will be guided in the order of the numbers specified in the pass ticket notification email. 【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・A pass ticket is valid for one use only by the registered user who won.
・Entry within the same time slot, except for the first slot, will be guided in the order of the numbers specified on the pass ticket. If you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival, so please be aware. For the first slot, guidance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Each numbered ticket session is 30 minutes.For smooth guidance and creation, please ensure customization is completed within the allotted time.
・When the time limit is reached, a staff member will speak to you.
・If you are accompanied by someone, with the exception of the special cases below, you may only use the pass ticket together if you have the same time slot.
