【Regarding Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Obtaining a pass ticket will be done by lottery. Application does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets are for shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through app distribution.
Pass tickets will also be distributed via the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided in one of the three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Excluding the first slot, entry into the same time slot will be in the order of the numbers listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※The entry order within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, we may refuse your entry.
※Please be sure to bring a form of identification with your name, which you registered at the time of your lottery application.
※If any fraudulent activity in your application is discovered upon your visit on the pass ticket designated day, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, we may refuse your entry. We appreciate your understanding.

※Please be sure to bring identification that can confirm your name upon entry. If you forget it, or if your application was made with a name different from your identification, we will refuse entry.

【Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will be asked to confirm the notification email on their smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket on the day will not be possible.



【Notes on Application】
・We do not accept cancellations after the application is complete. Please be sure to check your schedule before applying.


【To Customers Without an Advance Numbered Ticket】
・Free entry will be available from 12:00 PM. You may start lining up from 11:50 AM, but if it gets crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・Pass tickets are valid for one time only for the winning registered user.
・Excluding the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided in the order of the numbers listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first time slot, entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within that time.
・When the time limit is reached, a staff member will speak to you.
・When using with companions, with the exception of the special cases below, it will only be allowed if they have a pass ticket for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or with no pass ticket is not permitted.
・Depending on the departure of the previous group of customers, you may be guided in earlier.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
Additionally, as a special exception, for those aged high school or younger, one parent may accompany them. Friends are not included in this special exception.



【Flow of Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time specified on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be shorter, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth guidance for the next numbered ticket holders and at the start of free entry.
Please bring your smartphone as we will verify your pass ticket authentication upon entry.

※Valid only for the date and entry time stated on your pass ticket.
※Entry time changes due to customer convenience are not permitted.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, numbered tickets cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry during the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.



【Other】

・New items are limited to two per person. Please ask a store staff member for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent trouble. Please understand that we cannot answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product stock. Even during the numbered ticket distribution period, some items may sell out depending on the situation and product.
・Resale activities on auction sites are strictly prohibited.
・In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or epidemic outbreaks that cause the store or facility to close, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. Please note that in such cases, we cannot compensate for any travel expenses, regardless of the reason.
