【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are distributed via lottery. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets are valid for shopping within the specified time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notifications for winning pass ticket time slots will not be sent to the app,
but will be delivered via email. The pass ticket will also be distributed in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided into one of three 20-minute time slots. Your entry time slot will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided according to the number listed in the pass ticket notification email. If you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival, so please be aware.
※The entry order within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, you will be denied entry.
※Please be sure to bring identification with the name you registered during the lottery application.
※If any fraudulent activity in the application is discovered when you visit on the pass ticket applicable day, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, you may be denied entry. Please understand.

【About Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will have their notification email checked on their personal smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket on the day will not be allowed.

【For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets】
・Free entry starts at 11:40 AM. You may start lining up from 11:30 AM, but if it gets crowded, same-day numbered tickets will be distributed.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・Pass tickets are valid for one time for one registered user who has won.
・Entry within the same time slot, except for the first slot, will be guided in order of the number listed on the pass ticket. If you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival, so please be aware. For the first time slot, entry will be guided in order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within that time.
・Staff will notify you when the time limit is reached.
・If you are accompanied by someone (excluding special cases below), you may only enter if they have a pass ticket for the same time slot.
・You cannot enter at the same time with someone who has a pass ticket for a different time slot or someone who does not have a pass ticket.
・You may be guided in earlier depending on the departure status of the previous group of customers.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, one parent may accompany a minor (high school age or younger). This exception does not apply to friends.



【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time stated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your browsing time will be shorter, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth guidance for the next numbered ticket holders and free entry start time.
Please bring your smartphone as we will verify your pass ticket upon entry.

※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time stated on it.
※Entry time cannot be changed due to customer convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, your numbered ticket cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry during the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not allowed.



【Other】

・New products are limited to 2 items per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid, so to prevent trouble, we do not disclose it. We also do not answer individual inquiries, so please understand in advance.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product availability. Some products may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution period, depending on the situation and the product.
・Resale on auction sites and similar platforms is strictly prohibited.
・If the shop or facility closes due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of epidemics, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. In such cases, we will not compensate for any travel expenses for any reason.
