【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are distributed via a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee you will receive a ticket.
・You may apply for as many pass ticket time slots as you wish.
・Pass tickets allow for shopping within the designated time slot. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of the products for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will not be distributed via the app,
but will be sent via email. Your pass ticket will also be provided in this same email. Please present this notification email on the day.
・You will be assigned one of the 20-minute time slots. Your entry time slot will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time frame will be in the order of the number listed in your pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you are not present at your entry time, you will be admitted in the order of your arrival.
※Please note that your entry order within your designated time slot will be announced via your pass ticket notification email (the number in the email indicates your entry order).
・You will be refused entry if you cannot present your pass ticket notification email upon arrival.
※Please be sure to bring a form of identification that matches the name you registered when applying for the lottery.
※Please note that if fraud is discovered at the time of your visit on the day of your pass ticket, or if store staff determines the application to be inappropriate, you may be refused entry.

【Regarding Pass Tickets for Applicants】

【About Pass Ticket Details】
・Pass tickets are valid only once for the registered winner.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within a designated time slot will be in the order of the number on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive by your entry time, you will be admitted in the order of your arrival. For the first time slot, entry is in order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are limited to 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within this time.
・Staff will notify you when your time is up.
・Except for the special cases listed below, accompanying persons may only enter if they also have a pass ticket for the same time slot.
・You cannot enter at the same time as someone with a ticket for a different time slot or someone without a ticket.
・Depending on when the previous group leaves, you may be admitted earlier than scheduled.
【Special Exceptions for Accompanying Persons】
Customers with small children may bring them into the store. As a special exception, those in high school or younger may be accompanied by one parent or guardian. This exception does not apply to accompanying friends.
【Flow of Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time indicated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your shopping time will be reduced, so please arrive with time to spare.

We will verify your pass ticket upon entry, so please bring your smartphone.

・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product availability. Depending on the situation or specific product, some items may sell out even within the ticketed time slots.
・Resale on auction sites, etc., is strictly prohibited.
・In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of disease, the shop or facility may close, rendering prior numbered tickets invalid. Please note that we cannot compensate for any travel-related expenses incurred in such cases for any reason.
