【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are issued by lottery. Applying does not guarantee a ticket.
・You may apply for as many pass tickets as you like.
・Pass tickets are valid for shopping within the specified time slot. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee that the items you wish to purchase will be in stock.
・Winners will be notified of their assigned time slot via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket will also be sent in the same email. Please present the notification email upon entry on the day.
・You will be assigned to one of three 20-minute time slots. Your assigned time slot will be indicated in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry will be in the order of the numbers listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive by your assigned entry time, entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
※The order of entry for each time slot will be indicated in the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will determine the order of entry).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, you will be denied entry.
※Please be sure to bring a form of identification that matches the name you registered when applying for the lottery.
※If any fraudulent activity is discovered during your visit on the day of the pass ticket, or if store staff determine your conduct is inappropriate, you may be denied entry. Thank you for your understanding.

【For Customers Without a Pre-Issued Numbered Ticket】

【Pass Ticket Terms】
・Each pass ticket is valid for one entry per winning account holder.
・Except for the first time slot, entry will be in the order of the numbers listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive by your assigned entry time, entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The first time slot will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Each session lasts 20 minutes. Please complete your shopping within the allotted time.
・Staff will ask you to leave once your time has expired.
・Unless one of the exceptions below applies, you may only enter with companions who have a pass ticket for the same time slot.
・You cannot enter at the same time as someone with a pass ticket for a different time slot or someone without a pass ticket.
・You may be admitted earlier depending on when the previous group leaves the store.
【Exceptions Regarding Companions】
Parents or guardians may enter with small children.
As an exception, high school students and younger may be accompanied by one parent or guardian. Friends are not included in this exception.
【Procedure for Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time slot indicated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive just before your time slot expires, you will have less time to browse, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Your pass ticket will be verified upon entry, so please bring your smartphone.

【Other】
・New items are limited to two per customer. For more details, please ask a store staff member.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not published to prevent issues. Please note that staff cannot provide individual information about the lineup.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee that items will be in stock. Some items may sell out even during the time slots when numbered tickets are issued.
・Resale on auction sites and other platforms is strictly prohibited.
・If the store or facility closes due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of infectious diseases, pre-issued numbered tickets will become invalid. Please note that no expenses related to your visit will be reimbursed for any reason.
