Notice of service suspension due to summer holidays

We would like to inform you about our support system during the summer vacation period.
Please note that you will be able to continue operating the shop and purchasing products as usual during the closure period.

Saturday, August 10, 2024 - Thursday, August 15, 2024

During the above period, customer support, including responding to inquiries, will be suspended.
Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Friday, August 9th.
We will respond to inquiries received during the holiday period in order starting from Friday, August 16th.

Saturday, August 10, 2024 - Thursday, August 15, 2024

The logistics warehouse will also be closed during the above period.
Please note that after the holidays, due to the high volume of packages, it may take longer than usual to process your order.
If you would like your order delivered before the holidays, please place your order by 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 8th.
*For some customers, orders placed by the 9th may be delivered during the holiday period.

Laforet Harajuku will be closed for two days from Monday, August 5th to Tuesday, August 6th, 2024.
*Except for the above dates, we will be open from 11:00 to 20:00 as usual.
