During the above period, customer support, including responding to inquiries, will be suspended.
Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Friday, August 8th.
We will respond to inquiries received during the holiday period starting from Monday, August 18th.

▼Delivery and holiday period
Saturday, August 9, 2025 - Monday, August 11, 2025 August 13th (Wednesday) - August 17th (Sunday)

The logistics warehouse will also be closed during the above period.
Please note that after the holidays, due to the high volume of packages, it may take longer than usual to process your order.
If you would like your order delivered before the holidays, please place your order by 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 7th.
*For some customers, orders placed by the 8th may be delivered during the holiday period.
*For customers using Paidy (postpaid), shipping will be processed after the holiday. If you are in a hurry, please consider using another payment method.

Laforet Harajuku will be closed for two days from August 5th (Tue) to 6th (Wed), 2025.
*Except for the above dates, we will be open from 11:00 to 20:00 as usual.
