The Liquem Membership Program, a points system introduced with the online store renewal, will be renewed from January 19th!

What is the Liquem Membership Program?
This is a special system that allows members to receive special benefits.
You can earn points when you shop and exchange them for special items and rewards.

[Major changes]

・We offer Platinum, Gold and Silver membership tiers based on your total purchase amount!

・We previously awarded 1 point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent, but the award rate varies depending on your membership rank.
Platinum members earn 3 points for every 100 yen (excluding tax) Gold members earn 2 points for every 100 yen (excluding tax)
Silver members will receive 1 point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) (same as before)

・The cumulative shopping amount will be calculated based on purchases made after the online site was renewed on January 1, 2023. For purchases at physical stores, only purchases linked to your account will be counted if you present your membership card or scan the QR code on the receipt at the time of payment.

・You can check your current membership rank from My Page or My Page in the app.

[Notes regarding membership rank]

Orders that are used to calculate your membership rank will be those that have already been shipped.
Even if your cumulative billing amount meets the conditions for upgrading your membership rank, your membership rank may not be upgraded if your order includes unshipped items such as made-to-order products.

For customers who have previously shopped with Liquem, those whose cumulative purchase amount meets the conditions for upgrading their membership rank will be initially ranked as Gold or Platinum.
The rank-up bonus points that would normally be awarded when you rank up will be awarded in a lump sum according to your initial rank, so please wait for them to be reflected.

Only one membership rank can be assigned to one account. Please note that we cannot combine points accumulated across multiple accounts. In addition, possession of multiple accounts is prohibited by our terms and conditions.
