What is the Liquem membership program?
This is a great system that allows members to receive special benefits.
Earn points when you shop and redeem them for special items and benefits.

【Major changes】

・Membership ranks Platinum, Gold, and Silver are available depending on the total purchase amount!

・For every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent, we were giving you 1 point, but the percentage will vary depending on your membership rank.
Platinum members receive 3 points for every 100 yen (excluding tax) Gold members receive 2 points for every 100 yen (excluding tax)
Silver members receive 1 point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) (same as before)

・The cumulative shopping amount will be calculated based on purchases made after the online site renewal on January 1, 2023. When shopping at a physical store, please present your membership card at the time of checkout or scan the QR code on the receipt, and only the purchases linked to your account will be counted.

・Current membership rank You can check from My Page or My Page within the app.

[Note regarding membership rank]

Orders used to calculate membership rank must have been shipped.
Even if your cumulative billing amount satisfies the conditions for upgrading your membership rank, your membership rank may not be upgraded because it includes items that have not yet been shipped due to orders for made-to-order items.

Among customers who have shopped at Liquem in the past, those whose cumulative shopping amount meets the conditions for increasing their membership rank will have an initial rank of Gold or Platinum.
The rank-up bonus points that are normally given when you rank up will be given all at once according to your initial rank, so please wait for them to be reflected.

Only one membership rank can be assigned to one account. Please note that we cannot accept the addition of points accumulated across multiple accounts. Please note that the possession of multiple accounts is prohibited according to the terms and conditions.
