We apologize for the inconvenience, but during the above period, we will not be able to handle delivery (including forwarding and resending) and replying to inquiries.

We will suspend support services such as handling repair items.

*Support requests during this year will be accepted until 18:00 (business hours) on Wednesday, December 27th.

We will respond to inquiries received during the holiday period after January 4th (Thursday).
