Takashi Murakami Mononoke Kyoto  On sale at special shop

Takashi Murakami and Liquem collaboration accessories will be on sale at the Takashi Murakami Mononoke Kyoto special shop that will be held at the Kyocera Museum of Art, Kyoto from February 3rd to September 1st, 2024.

 

Even after 4 years since its release, there are still many requests for resale.

This is the second collaboration between Takashi Murakami and Liquem.

The first release was in May 2020, right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. The accessories, which were released as positive news during the coronavirus pandemic, sold out immediately at the time, and four years later, we still receive many requests for resale.

"Takashi Murakami Mononoke Kyoto" is his first large-scale solo exhibition in Japan in eight years since 2015.
It is a very valuable opportunity to be able to release collaboration accessories with Takashi Murakami on such an occasion.
We hope that our customers will enjoy this news as well.

The three items on sale are the same motif as in 2020: ``Cherry Blossom,'' ``Flower,'' and ``Cherry.''
We will be reselling the new models and new colors produced for the 2024 edition, as well as some of the products that were popular in the first edition.

Also, this time it comes with a box with Takashi Murakami's character stamped in foil.
Characters linked to the motif of the product are selected for foil stamping, and there are four types in total.

It's perfect as a gift, and can also be used as a box to store accessories.

Sales destination

This collaborative product will go on sale in advance at the Takashi Murakami Mononoke Kyoto special shop at the Kyocera Museum of Art, Kyoto, and will later be sold at Tonari no Zingaro (Nakano, Tokyo) operated by Kaikai Kiki and on the Liquem online site at a date to be determined.

"Cherry Blossom" will be released from February 3, 2024, and the release dates of other products are undecided. All items will be sold in advance at the Takashi Murakami Mononoke Kyoto special shop, and are scheduled to go on sale during the exhibition period.
