[About Liquem pass tickets (numbered tickets)]

・Pass tickets will be obtained through a lottery system.
・Shopping must be done within the pass ticket time slot. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee that the products to be sold will be in stock.
・Pass tickets will be distributed to the winners' mobile apps. On the day of the event, please present your pass ticket in the mobile app.
・If you enter the store within the same time slot, you will be guided in the order of the number written on your pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at the store at the time of arrival, you will be served in the order of arrival.
*Please note that you will be notified of the entry time on the day when pass tickets are distributed.
・If you cannot present your pass ticket when entering the store, you will be refused entry.
・You cannot cancel your application, so please consider it carefully and apply during a time when you are sure you can come to the store.
・Although "Pick up in store/Pay in store" may be displayed, we will not hand you anything or ask you to make payment on the day you enter the store. All PassTickets will be distributed as data.
