A. Shipments will be sent via EMS (Express Mail Service).

• Shipping is only available to countries and regions that support EMS.
• Shipping fees vary by country and region. Please check on the payment page.
• If the shipping address is changed from the one specified at the time of order, any additional costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
• Please note that you cannot choose or specify the shipping company.

A. The Liquem online store accepts the following payment methods:
Shop Pay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), credit card, Paidy (cash on delivery/installments), and Google Pay.

A. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days after receipt of order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and New Year holidays).

• No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and New Year holidays.
• Tracking numbers will be sent via email after shipment.
• Deliveries may be delayed in the following cases:
• Traffic problems or adverse weather conditions
• Long holidays, such as the New Year holiday period

A. Once an order is confirmed, we reserve the right to refuse cancellations, changes, or returns due to personal reasons of the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following examples. Please verify the items, quantity, size, and type before confirming your order:

• Duplicate orders due to uncertainty about the success of the first order
• Incorrect order type between pierced earrings and clip-on earrings
• Incorrect quantity of items specified
• Wrong model/size selected, or size does not fit
• Product does not meet expectations

We are unable to process any changes or cancellations even if contacted after the purchase.

If the product has been shipped but the customer refuses to accept it, or returns the product for personal reasons, it will be considered a cancellation due to the customer's personal reasons. The customer will be responsible for the following costs:

• Original shipping and return shipping fees
• Material and packaging costs
• Warehouse withdrawal fees
• Damages and other expenses incurred by the store

If a refund is processed via credit card, network service provider, or Paidy, we will deduct the above costs from the refund amount. The customer will also be responsible for any refund transfer fees.

Furthermore, if an order is refused or returned for personal reasons, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from the customer.
