[Notes regarding gift cards]

• Gift cards expire six months from the date of purchase.
• This is a digital card and can only be sent by email.
• Please note that gift cards can only be redeemed online and cannot be used in-store.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or compensated.
• Points will not be awarded for purchases made with gift cards.
  
• If you have deleted the email containing the gift code, you will need to reissue the email, so please contact us via Inquiry/Chat.
• Anyone who knows the gift code can use it, so please be careful when handling the code number.

[How to purchase]

Gift cards can only be purchased online.

・If you are giving a gift card as a gift

1. Go to the details page of the gift card you want. Gift cards are available in denominations of 1,000 yen, 3,000 yen, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen.
2. On the details page, check the box for "Send a gift card to a loved one" and a form will open where you can enter the name of the person you want to give the gift card to.

3. Enter the email address of the person you would like to give the gift to (we cannot provide refunds if the gift card is sent to the wrong person due to an incorrect address, so please make sure there are no mistakes).

4. Please enter any other values. The message will be included in the email sent to you with the gift card. You can also specify the delivery date of the gift card.

5. Add the item to your cart and complete the purchase process just like you would for a regular item, and your purchase will be complete.

6. After completing your purchase, you will receive the usual order completion email and a gift card details email. The gift card details email will also be sent to the recipient, but you can also have the recipient use the gift card by directly sharing the code in the email via social media, etc. If you would like to give a gift card to someone whose email address you do not know, you can use it by sending them the gift code in the gift card details email.

[How to use]

Click the "Use Gift Card" button in the email to access the online site.
When you proceed to checkout, you will be presented with a gift code entry field where you can enter and apply the code you received in the email to use the remaining gift code balance towards your purchase.
*Points will not be awarded for payments made with gift cards.

Please note that multiple gift cards can be used in one transaction, and the remaining balance can be carried over to another transaction.
