However, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following information.

・Repairs will be charged.
・The period from when the product is received until the repair is completed varies depending on the product.
・We will always confirm with the customer, including when keeping the item for a long period of time.
・Regardless of whether the product can be repaired or not, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
<Repairs cannot be performed in the following cases>
・Products that have been on the market for more than a year ・Re-plating ・Products that have been repaired by the customer

If within 7 days of arrival...
After contacting us via CONTACT , please return the item to us with shipping charges paid on delivery. Once the repair is completed, we will ship it to you at our expense.
If it is 8 days or later after arrival...
After contacting us via CONTACT , please return it to us. In this case, please note that you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Repairs will be accepted free of charge. When returning the item, we will use Yamato Transport's ``Takkyubin Compact'' payment on delivery.

About repair fees
If any parts are removed, please be sure to enclose them if you have them. If any parts are missing, we will charge you for the parts.
If there is a repair fee, please pay by bank transfer when you return the product to us.
