About benefits

Items may change.
The viewing expiration date for Liquem Tips will be updated and the latest expiration date will be adopted.
Example: If you exchanged rewards of 1000 points or more on 2023/6/15 and 2023/9/15,
The expiration date for viewing is September 14, 2024.
Other benefits such as one free re-plating, shopping agency, and the right to acquire one pass ticket frame will be subject to the expiry date of each exchange. When used, the oldest one will be consumed first.
Example: If you exchanged 3000 points reward on 2023/6/15 and 2023/9/15,
You will be in possession of the benefits until June 14, 2024 and the benefits until September 14, 2023.
Pass tickets can be obtained during the lottery acceptance period , which is listed in the pass ticket information when a new product is released.
For example, if the application period is from 10am on Tuesday to 3pm on Wednesday, only applications during this period will be valid.
If you wish to use it, please tap "Available" from the benefit section on My Page and proceed to apply. You can apply by selecting "Reservation for Rewards Benefits" from the inquiry category.
Please note that your reservation will be confirmed once you receive a reply from us.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and if you do not specify a time slot, we will give priority to the first slot.
About exchange
Rewards can only be redeemed online. Exchanges cannot be made from the app.
You also need to log in to exchange.
We cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns after you press the reward exchange button and complete the purchase from the email sent.
Please note that points cannot be returned after pressing the reward exchange button, so please check before exchanging them.
When you press the "Exchange" button on a reward item, we will send you a purchase procedure email. The sender address of the automatically sent email is info@liquem.jp.
Please also check your spam folder. Also, if you use your mobile phone email address,
Emails sent from Shopify may be automatically blocked by spam filters.
Please set info@liquem.jp to receive emails as a specified email address, or set liquem.jp as a specified domain for receiving emails.
If you do not receive the email and are unable to complete your purchase, please contact CONTACT . However, please note that we are not available at night after 18:00.
You can check your exchange history on My Page . Or, please check your order completion email.
If you cannot find it in your exchange history, the purchase may not have been completed, so please check your purchase procedure email and complete the procedure.
About delivery
If you purchase a reward item worth 500 points or 1000 points,
It will be delivered together with your next regular order.
We do not ship only reward items.
We ask that you please acknowledge.
The 3000 point reward item will be shipped as soon as it is ready for delivery.
Please note that it may take up to 1.5 to 2 months.
If you have not received your 500 points or 1000 points reward item, please check the following.
・Have you completed the purchase completion procedure?
Exchange of rewards will be completed after completing the purchase procedure.
・Did you place a regular order after redeeming the reward?
Reward items cannot be delivered individually.
As soon as we receive an order for a regular product with the same delivery address (address/name) as the reward item delivery address,
It will be delivered together with the product.
