This is an accessory designed to coincide with the "Condense Festival," which combines two different accessories to condense the festival's worldview.

A combination of "Mermaid Pearl", which was released in the summer of 2019, and "Heart Bubble", which was released in February of this year.

The parts are like mermaid fins.
This accessory is made with bubbles reminiscent of the ocean, giving it a more mermaid-like feel.
The combination of pink, lavender and pearl is also cute.
