This autumn/winter we will be releasing accessories inspired by the Belle Époque era.
Inspired by Art Nouveau's celebration of the elegance of nature, these accessories feature butterflies fluttering around beautiful flowers and plants.

For me, the butterfly is a homage to Japonism, which was popular during this period, and to Japanese art, its origin. The resin is finished in a slightly flat shape, reminiscent of a two-dimensional depiction of a butterfly. The pearlescent paint color is a homage to gold leaf decoration. The metal of the butterfly's base is gold-plated, allowing the pearlescent resin to show through slightly, adding a subtle gold sparkle.
