【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Acquiring a pass ticket is based on a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets per person.
・Pass tickets are for shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket itself will also be distributed in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided to one of three time slots, each 20 minutes long. The specific time slot for your entry will be informed via the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first slot, entry within the same time slot will be guided according to the number listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※Please note that the entry order within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number stated in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, we may refuse your entry.
※Please be sure to bring identification (with your name) that you registered during the lottery application.
※If any fraudulent application is discovered upon your visit on the pass ticket applicable day, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, we may refuse your entry. We appreciate your understanding.

【About Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will be asked to confirm the notification email on their own smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket on the day is not permitted.



【Notes on Application】
・Cancellations after application completion are not accepted. Please confirm your schedule before applying.


【For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00. You may start queuing from 11:50, but if it becomes crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・A pass ticket is valid for one use only per winning registered user.
・Entry within the same time slot, except for the first slot, will be guided in the order of the number listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at your designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first slot, entry will be guided in the order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within the allocated time.
・Staff will notify you when the time limit is reached.
・When using with companions, except for the special cases below, it is only permitted if they have a pass ticket for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots, or without a pass ticket, is not permitted.
・You may be guided earlier depending on the departure of customers from the previous group.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special case, only one parent per person under high school age may accompany them. This special case does not include accompanying friends.



【Flow of Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time stated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive just before the end of your slot, your viewing time will be shorter, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth guidance for the next numbered ticket holders and during the free entry period.
Please bring your smartphone with you for pass ticket authentication upon entry.

※Please note that entry with a printed numbered ticket is not possible.
※If the time stated on your pass ticket has passed, you will not be able to enter. Please be aware of this in advance.
※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time stated on it.
※Entry time cannot be changed due to customer convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, numbered tickets cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry during the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.



【Other】

・New products are limited to 2 items per person. Please ask the store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent trouble. Please note that we do not answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product stock. Products may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution period depending on the situation and specific items.
・Resale activities on auction sites and similar platforms are strictly prohibited.
・In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of infectious diseases causing the shop or facility to close, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. Please note that in such cases, we cannot compensate for any expenses related to your visit for any reason.
