[About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)]
・Pass tickets are distributed by lottery. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for as many time slots as you wish for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets are valid for shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notifications for winning pass ticket time slots will not be sent to the app, but will be delivered via email. The pass ticket will also be distributed in the same email. Please present the notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided to one of the three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Excluding the first slot, entry into the same time slot will be guided in the order of the numbers listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival.
※The order of entry for the time slots on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, you will be denied entry.
※Please be sure to bring identification with your name as registered at the time of lottery application.
※If any fraudulent activity in the application is discovered upon your visit on the pass ticket designated date, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, you may be denied entry. We appreciate your understanding.

【About Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will be required to confirm the notification email on their own smartphone.
・Please note that printed pass tickets cannot be used for entry on the day.

・Cancellations after completing your application will not be accepted. Please be sure to check your schedule before applying.


[For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets]
・Free entry will begin at 12:00. You may start lining up from 11:50, but if it becomes crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【Contents of Pass Ticket】
・The pass ticket is valid for one use only by the registered user who won the lottery.
・Entry within the same time slot, excluding the first slot, will be guided in the order of the numbers listed on the pass ticket. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in the order of your arrival. For the first slot, entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Each numbered ticket session is 20 minutes long. Please complete your shopping within this time.
・Staff will notify you when the time limit is up.
・When using with companions, excluding the special cases below, simultaneous entry is only permitted if they have pass tickets for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or without a pass ticket is not permitted.
・Depending on how quickly the previous group of customers exits, we may guide you in earlier.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
As a special exception, for those aged high school and below, one parent may accompany them. This exception does not include friends.



【Flow to Entry on the Day】
Please make your purchases within the time stated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the last minute, your viewing time will be short, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth transition for the next numbered ticket holders and for the start of free entry.
Please bring your smartphone for authentication of your pass ticket upon entry.

※Please note that entry with a printed numbered ticket is not possible.
※If you exceed the time stated on your pass ticket, you will not be able to enter. Please be aware of this.
※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time stated on it.
※Entry times cannot be changed due to customer convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, numbered tickets cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry into the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.

・New items are limited to 2 per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent trouble. Please note that we do not answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product stock. Products may sell out even during the numbered ticket distribution hours, depending on the situation or item.
・For the time being, for hygiene reasons, we will not provide try-on samples. We appreciate your understanding.
・Resale on auction sites and similar platforms is strictly prohibited.
・If the shop or facility is closed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or epidemic outbreaks, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. In such cases, we cannot compensate for any costs related to your visit, regardless of the reason.
