During the above period, customer support, including replies to inquiries, will be suspended.
Inquiries received on Friday, April 24, will be accepted until 5:00 PM.
Replies to inquiries received during the holiday period will be sent on or after Thursday, May 7.
Please note that we may contact customers with incomplete order information during the holiday period.

Wednesday, April 29, and Saturday, May 2 – Wednesday, May 6
The logistics warehouse will also be closed during the above period.
Please note that due to a high volume of packages after the holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.
Customers who wish to receive their delivery before the holidays are requested to place their orders by April 25.
*For some customers, orders placed by the 28th may be delivered during the holiday period.
