【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are distributed via a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee you will receive a ticket.
・You may apply for as many pass ticket time slots as you wish.
・Pass tickets are for shopping within the designated time slot. Please arrive with plenty of time.
・Possession of a pass ticket does not guarantee the availability of the products for sale.
・Notification of your winning time slot will not be distributed via the app,
but will be sent via email. Your pass ticket will also be provided in the same email. Please present this notification email on the day.
・You will be assigned to one of the 20-minute time slots. Your designated entry time will be provided in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be in the order of the number stated in the notification email. Please note that if you are not present at your entry time, you will be admitted in order of arrival.
※The entry order within your designated time slot on the day will be provided in the notification email (the number listed in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, you will be refused entry.
※Please be sure to bring a photo ID that matches the name you used to register for the lottery.
※Please note that if store staff determine there is any inappropriate behavior, such as fraudulent application, when you visit on the day, you may be refused entry.

【About Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will have their notification email checked on their own smartphone.
・Please note that you cannot enter using a printed version of the pass ticket.

・Cancellations are not accepted after your application is complete. Please check your schedule before applying.
【For Customers Without an Advance Numbered Ticket】
・Free entry will begin at 11:40. You may line up starting at 11:30, but if the area becomes crowded, we will distribute same-day tickets.
【About Pass Ticket Details】
・Pass tickets are valid only for the person who registered and won, one time only.
・Except for the first time slot, entry during the time slot will be in the order of the number on the pass ticket. Please note that if you are not present at your entry time, you will be admitted in order of arrival. For the first time slot, admission will be in order of arrival.
・Each numbered ticket is valid for 20 minutes. Please complete your shopping within this time.
・Staff will notify you when your time is up.
・Except for the specific cases listed below, accompanying persons are only permitted if they hold a pass ticket for the same time slot.
・You cannot enter at the same time as someone with a pass ticket for a different time slot or someone without a pass ticket.
・Depending on when the previous group leaves, we may guide you in early.
【Special Exceptions for Accompanied Minors】
Customers with small children may enter together. Additionally, as a special exception, high school students or younger may be accompanied by one parent. This exception does not apply to friends.
【Flow on the Day of Entry】
Please shop within the time indicated on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive at the very last minute, your shopping time will be reduced, so please arrive with plenty of time.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us admit customers for the next time slot or the free-entry period smoothly.
We will verify your pass ticket at the entrance, so please have your own smartphone ready.
※Please note that entry with a printed numbered ticket is not permitted.

※You cannot change your entry time for personal reasons.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued for any reason.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, the ticket cannot be reissued.
※You cannot re-enter during your pass ticket's time slot once it has been used.
【Other】
・There is a purchase limit of 2 items per person for new products. Please ask store staff for details.
・Product lineups are highly fluid; to prevent trouble, we do not disclose them in advance. Please understand that we cannot answer individual inquiries.
・A numbered ticket does not guarantee product stock. Even during your ticketed time slot, some items may sell out depending on the situation.
・Reselling via auction sites or similar is strictly prohibited.
・In the event of a shop or facility closure due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of disease, advance tickets will become invalid. We cannot compensate for any travel-related expenses incurred in such cases.
