【About Liquem Pass Tickets (Numbered Tickets)】
・Pass tickets are acquired via a lottery system. Applying does not guarantee acquisition.
・You may apply for any number of time slots for pass tickets.
・Pass tickets allow shopping within the designated time slot. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Pass tickets do not guarantee the availability of items for sale.
・Notification of your winning pass ticket time slot will be sent via email, not through the app.
The pass ticket itself will also be distributed via the same email. Please show this notification email on the day of your visit.
・You will be guided in one of the three 20-minute time slots. The time slot for your entry will be announced in the pass ticket notification email.
・Except for the first time slot, entry within the same time slot will be in the order of the numbers specified in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival.
※The order of entry within the time slot on the day will be announced via the pass ticket notification email (the number stated in the email will be your entry order).
・If you cannot present the pass ticket notification email upon entry, we may refuse your entry.
※Please be sure to bring identification with the name you registered during the lottery application.
※If any fraudulent activity is discovered during your visit on the pass ticket day, or if store staff deem it inappropriate, we may refuse your entry. We appreciate your understanding.

【Regarding Numbered Tickets for Applicants】
・Applicants will be asked to confirm the notification email on their own smartphone.
・Please note that entry with a printed pass ticket will not be accepted on the day.



【Notes on Application】
・Cancellations after completing the application are not accepted. Please confirm your schedule before applying.


【For Customers Without Advance Numbered Tickets】
・Free entry will begin at 12:00 PM. You may start lining up from 11:50 AM, but if it becomes crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed on the day.

【About Pass Ticket Contents】
・A pass ticket is valid for one use only by the registered user who won.
・Entry within the same time slot, except for the first slot, will be guided in the order of the numbers stated on the pass ticket. If you do not arrive at the designated entry time, you will be guided in order of arrival, so please be aware. For the first time slot, guidance will be in order of arrival.
・Numbered tickets are for 20-minute sessions. Please complete your shopping within that time.
・A staff member will notify you when the time limit is reached.
・If you are accompanied by someone, with the exception of the special cases below, you will only be allowed to enter if you have pass tickets for the same time slot.
・Simultaneous entry with pass tickets for different time slots or with those who do not have a pass ticket is not permitted.
・You may be guided earlier depending on the departure status of the previous group of customers.



【Special Cases for Companions】
Customers with small children may enter with their children.
Additionally, as an exception, only one parent may accompany those who are high school age or younger. Friends accompanying are not included in this exception.



【Flow of Entry on the Day】
Please complete your shopping within the time specified on your numbered ticket.
If you arrive just before the end of your slot, your viewing time will be shorter, so please allow ample time for your visit.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth transition for the next group of numbered ticket holders and for the start of free entry.
Please bring your smartphone for authentication of your pass ticket upon entry.

※Please note that entry with a printed numbered ticket is not possible.
※If the time stated on your pass ticket has passed, you will not be able to enter. Please be aware of this in advance.
※The pass ticket is only valid for the date and entry time stated on it.
※Entry time cannot be changed due to customer convenience.
※Pass tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost, damaged, or data is lost, the numbered ticket cannot be reissued.
※Re-entry during the pass ticket time slot after using the pass ticket is not permitted.

・New items are limited to two per person. Please ask store staff for details.
・The product lineup is highly fluid and is not publicly announced to prevent issues. Please understand that we cannot answer individual inquiries.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee product availability. Even during the numbered ticket distribution period, some items may sell out depending on the situation or product.
・Resale activities on auction sites, etc., are strictly prohibited.
・If the shop or facility is closed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or the spread of infectious diseases, advance numbered tickets will become invalid. In such cases, we cannot compensate for any expenses related to your visit for any reason.
