■ STEP 1: Enter the lottery for your desired product
First, please apply for the lottery product you wish to purchase.
※Applications cannot be canceled.
Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before applying.
【Application Steps】

Tap the banner within the app. (It will appear once the application period begins)

Tap the "Product you wish to enter the lottery for."

Tap "Enter Lottery." (※Login is required to enter the lottery)

Tap "Select" for size/color at the top.

Select your desired lottery item. (The relevant product will be displayed; please confirm there are no errors before selecting.)

After selecting, tap the "Enter Lottery" button at the bottom.

Your application is complete once "Entry Submitted" appears on the screen. (※If using an Android device, it will display "Entry Completed")
■ STEP 2: Check your results
After the application period ends, we will notify you of the results.
Results will be announced via "App Push Notification" and in "My Page Notifications."
Open "Notifications" in My Page
to confirm the results for your entry.
■ STEP 3: Complete payment for winning items
On the scheduled notification day, winning participants will receive a purchase payment link sent to their registered email address, alongside the app notification.
※App notifications only confirm "the lottery result." Please be sure to use the link provided in the email to confirm exactly which item (color) you won and to process your payment.
Please complete payment within the deadline.
Your win is finalized upon completion of the payment process.
Please note that if payment is not completed by the deadline, your win will be invalidated.

※The payment deadline is within 48 hours of the winner notification.
■ Regarding Waitlist Winners
Notifications regarding waitlist winners occur in two stages.
Applicable customers will be notified via app push notifications and "Notifications" on My Page.
① "Waitlist Candidate" Notification
At the time of result announcement (scheduled for 10/9 13:00), customers who were not initially selected will be notified if they have become a "Waitlist Candidate."
※Purchase rights are not yet confirmed at this stage. You will only move up if another winner declines their purchase.
② Waitlist "Upgraded Winner" Notification
If a decline (non-payment) occurs, we will conduct a re-lottery among candidates and send a purchase link via email to those who have been upgraded (Scheduled for 10/14 13:00).
※Once you receive this notification, your purchase is confirmed by completing payment within the deadline.
※If you were not selected, no notification will be sent. Thank you for your understanding.
■ If you do not receive the payment email
※Please be aware that delays may occur depending on your communication environment or email carrier.
