Liquem JEWELRY Asakusa store closure notice and important information

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Liquem JEWELRY.

On Sunday, March 30, 2025,
Liquem JEWELRY Asakusa store has closed.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our customers who have visited us so far.

Due to our closure, we would like to inform you as follows regarding the collection of jewelry and repairs/maintenance.

Jewelry collection

① The period for picking up or storing items at Laforet Harajuku is within 3 months. If you have a specific date, we can store the items for you until that date.
・Pass tickets and numbered tickets cannot be picked up on the release date or during events.
Pick-up is possible only during free entry, but you may have to wait depending on how busy the store is.
To ensure smooth receipt, we recommend picking up your order on a date other than release dates or during events.
・Please note that collection may be handled by someone other than jewelry staff. Therefore, we will not be able to answer questions about the product.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us online.

② We will send it to you by courier service or Takkyubin Compact (cash on delivery).
・We will contact you by email when your order is shipped.

About bringing in jewelry for repair and maintenance

・If you would like to have the product repaired or maintained, please contact us in advance via online contact with photos.
・When inquiring, please specify whether you would like to bring the item to the store or have it delivered (shipping costs paid by the customer).
Regarding costs, after inspecting the item, we will inform you whether the repair is possible, the repair cost, and the delivery date.

*The estimated costs are listed below, but please note that they may vary depending on the condition.

・After we receive your item, we may not be able to carry out the repair or maintenance you requested.
・Repair and maintenance periods are approximately 1.5 to 2 months, but depending on the content, it may take more than 2 months.
・If any problems occur, we will contact you promptly by email.

① If you wish to bring your item to Laforet Harajuku, please contact us in advance via online contact and let us know the date and time you would like to come to the store.
・You cannot bring in pass tickets or numbered tickets during the release date or event. (Only possible during free entry)
・Please refrain from bringing items directly to the venue without first inquiring.
・If you do not have a warranty card, we will not be able to accept your request for repairs. Please note that we cannot reissue a warranty card.

② If you would like to have your item delivered, please contact us in advance via online contact.
- Round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
・Please send the warranty card and the item you wish to have repaired or maintained together.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the closure of our Asakusa store, and we appreciate your understanding.
