*Free entry from 14:00. You can queue from 13:50, but if it gets crowded, we will distribute numbered tickets on the day.

・Sample cherries are limited to one per person.
・Those who have won a pass ticket will not be able to re-enter during the free entry time on the day.
・Even during free entry hours, sample cherries are limited to one per person.
・Please note that the 3,000 point reward proxy shopping service does not apply.
・New jewelry orders will not be accepted all day on March 15th. (Pickup is possible)

*Each session is 20 minutes long/6 people will be guided during this time slot.
*When entering the store, please be sure to bring an ID that can verify the name you registered when applying for the lottery. If you forget or apply under a name different from the ID, you will be refused entry.
*All fraudulent applications will be automatically rejected, so please make sure that the person who will be coming to the store applies in person. Please note that applications from multiple accounts on the same device will also be considered fraudulent applications.
*If you visit the store on the date the pass ticket is valid, and the store staff finds any fraudulent activity during application or otherwise deems you inappropriate, you may be refused entry. Thank you for your understanding.

You can also access it from Search tab > Other > Pass Ticket.



[About Liquem pass tickets (numbered tickets)]

・Pass tickets will be obtained by lottery.
・You can only shop during the pass ticket time slot. Please come early.
・The Pass Ticket does not guarantee that the products being sold will be in stock.
・The pass ticket will be distributed to the winner's mobile app. Please present the pass ticket in the mobile app on the day.
・Customers who arrive at the same time slot will be guided in the order of the numbers listed in the pass ticket notification email. Please note that if you are not at the store at the designated time, you will be guided in the order of arrival.
*The entry time on the day will be notified when the pass ticket is distributed.
・If you are unable to present your pass ticket upon entering the store, you will be denied entry.
・Once you apply, it cannot be cancelled, so please consider carefully and apply during a time period when you can definitely visit the store.
・Pass tickets will be sent by email on the distribution date. Please check your email for the entry time and order of entry.

[How to use rewards]
Customers who wish to use the 3,000 point reward benefit "1 Pass Ticket Acquisition Right" must apply during the lottery application period ( Please apply via chat between 10:00 on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 and 15:00 on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 .
Please note that any applications received before or after this time will be invalid.
If the number of applicants reaches the maximum number of spots, applications will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis.

[About Sample Cherry]
All items for sale are samples.
・All products will be sold at sample prices.
・Stock will be sold out on Saturday, the first day of release, and will end once sold out. Please note that there will be no additional sales on Sundays.
-Since these are sample products, we will only have a small quantity of one to a few of each item available.
-This contains a mixture of unreleased items, items that have been sold in the past, and similar items.
・The items released this time may be released in the future depending on demand.
・There may be old scratches, size differences between the left and right, and color variations. Please check the actual item.
There is no logo plate.
・Each cherry will be sold set on a mount that matches it.
・Please note that as these are sample products, they cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired.
