Regarding delivery
You can change the address before the package is shipped.
Please contact us here with your desired address.
However, even before your package is shipped, once a tracking number has been assigned to your package, you will not be able to make any corrections before shipping.
In that case, after receiving notification that the product has been shipped (shipment completion email), please contact Yamato Transport yourself and make any changes.
*If you arrive in the morning, we cannot guarantee that the item will arrive in the wrong place.
*If your item is urgent, please contact Yamato Transport.
*If transferring to another jurisdiction, an additional fee (cash on delivery) will be charged. Prices vary depending on distance, so please contact Yamato Transport.
We do not provide a gift box, but with the exception of some products, we do include an attached jewelry box.
Some products come with just the pouch, but you can also purchase the same jewelry box separately.
*The box will be delivered in a transparent OPP bag, so even if it is purchased at the same time as the product, it will not be wrapped and shipped.
*Therefore, if you would like to use it as a gift, please prepare the set yourself.
All Liquem JEWELRY products are made to order. Please refer to the approximate delivery time shown on the product page.
After shipping, the product can be tracked using the tracking service of each delivery company. Please check the package number, which is written in the automatic email sent when the item is shipped.
If you have not received your package within 2-5 days of shipping, if you cannot find your package number, or if you have not received a shipping notification even after the delivery deadline, please contact us via CONTACT .
Please let us know via CONTACT . The delivery company is Yamato Transport and will be treated as cash on delivery.
Recently, there has been an increase in the number of cases in which packages are returned to us after the storage period has expired.
Please note that incorrect address information or omission of room number will be grounds for return.
We apologize, but each order will be shipped separately.
We do not accept bundles with separate orders.
Each order will be shipped together, so we are unable to split the shipment.

We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer's convenience after the product order is confirmed. Please check before placing your order.
Payment can be made by credit card and Shop Pay.
Please note that once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the order details or payment method, so please be sure to check them before confirming your order.

Although there will be a charge, it is possible to change the size to a size not listed on the page in "Maintenance" after the product is delivered.
Basically, adjustment is possible within the range of ±2. (Adjustment in 0.5 increments is not performed)
Please note that if the ring has a design or engraving on the processed part, it will be difficult to reproduce the design at the seam.
In addition, black stains may appear on the seams and other parts of the base metal during processing, and if black stains appear, black marks will remain even after re-plating.
Please note that this is unavoidable due to processing.
About product orders
You cannot specify the color or pattern of loose pieces individually.
No two loose pieces are exactly the same in terms of inclusions or cut shapes. Please note that the photo and the actual item are not exactly the same. At our physical stores, we have some products where you can choose loose when ordering, so please come and visit us.
Except for some products, carat weights are not indicated.
Even for loose items with the same shape, there are individual differences in thickness (=weight), so we only indicate the size.
If you find a product you like, please add it to your favorites on the product page and we will notify you when it is back in stock.
About after-sales service
If the product is damaged during normal use and in accordance with the instructions for use within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.
In that case, a warranty card will be required, please check the warranty terms for details.
Please note that in the case of one-of-a-kind loose items, or items that use stones that are susceptible to plating or soft stones, we may not be able to repair them even within one year.

Only rings that are marked as "repairable" on the product page can be resized as a paid repair after purchase.

・Deformation correction ("Deformation correction" is a process that corrects deformation during normal use to the extent possible, and does not correct deformation caused by usage that exceeds normal use.)

Inclusions are things like cloudiness, sunspots, scratches, and cracks that can be seen in natural stone.
The true identity is the cracks (cracks and fissures) that appear due to the pressure applied during the growth of the stone as it becomes a crystal, and the solids, liquids, and gases that are taken in.
Inclusions are proof that they have been nurtured in nature for many years, and are also a beautiful characteristic of natural stones. We hope that you will enjoy each one of these unique pieces as a unique charm of natural stone.
Although we do not perform cleaning, we do provide maintenance services such as re-plating, re-polishing, and correction of deformation for a fee.
